One question I am often asked is:
What is self improvement?
A very simple definition is that it is the process through which one becomes the person one desires to be. It is a journey to a better state of existence, where you actively work to accomplish that which you desire in life.
It is also a means through which you can take your natural strengths and flair and build upon this foundation to better yourself in all aspects of life.,
Self improvement IS NOT:
- A myth
- A bunch of bizarre 'witchcraft' techniques
- Masturbation (excuse my language, but Fight Club fans will get this little joke!)
- Difficult
- An impossibility
However, self improvement IS:
- A way of achieving things you never thought possible
- A lifelong learning process
- Something that anybody can do
